Tommy Fury opens up on the 'hardest thing he's ever done' following split from Molly Mae
Tommy Fury has opened up on the “hardest thing” that he has done, one month after it was revealed that he and Molly-Mae Hague had called time on their relationship. In a video uploaded to YouTube on Sunday, 15 September, the 25 year old gave fans a glimpse inside his life as he gets his body ready for training camp.
As part of the day in the life video, Tommy opened up about the realities of heading to training camp and shone a light on the mental and physical effects. “So when I’m in training camp, obviously, it’s the hardest thing that I do in my life and that I ever have done mentally and physically,” he said.
He continued: “You know, the training’s so rigorous you have to literally take naps during the day to get ready for the next session and recover.”

Elsewhere in the video, the TV personality gave fans a peek inside his everyday life - and is super-strict regime. “All I do is eat, sleep, train, repeat. I literally live in like a box. Apart from spending time with Bambi and my family, it’s like I’m literally so regimented and I feel like in this job that’s what you’ve got to be,” he explained.
The video comes just weeks after Molly-Mae announced that she had Tommy had gone their separate ways. Having met on Love Island back in 2019, the pair became parents to their daughter Bambi in January 2023 and they got engaged in July 2023.
In an emotional statement uploaded to her Instagram, Molly-Mae wrote : “Never in a million years did I think I'd ever have to write this. I am extremely upset to announce that mine and Tommy's relationship has come to an end. I will forever be grateful for the most important thing to me now and always, my beautiful daughter.”
She added: “Without us there would be no her, she will always be my priority. I want to thank you all for the love you have shown us over the last five years. You have all been a part of our journey and I feel it's right to share this with you all.”
Following the post, Tommy issued a statement of his own. “I am heartbroken to share that Molly & I have decided to end our relationship. The past five years have led to us having our beautiful baby girl, Bambi and I will be forever thankful to Molly for making me a dad,” he wrote.
“Bambi is our priority. Please respect our privacy, and our families' privacy, as we navigate our way through this difficult time.”
