Maternity clothes can be glamorous — just take it from the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival. Over the years, stars including Angelina Jolie, Reese Witherspoon and Blake Lively have shown off their baby bumps on the Croisette, sporting custom silhouettes by the likes of Dior and Versace.

Although hardly visible, Laetitia Casta attended the 2001 Cannes Film Festival while pregnant with her first child, a daughter named Sahteene Sednaoui, whom the model shares with photographer Stéphane Sednaoui. Casta wore a Japanese kimono-inspired look featuring a white robe with gold embroidery layered over red silk.
2007
Eva Herzigova and her fiancé, Italian businessman Gregorio Marsiaj, walked the Cannes red carpet together in 2007. The Czech model opted for a pink pleated gown with an embellished belt highlighting her baby bump. Herzigova and Marsiaj welcomed their first child together, George, the following month.

She completed her look with silver Versace heels and diamond jewels by Chopard. At the time, Witherspoon was pregnant with her son Tennessee James Toth, whom she shares with her ex-husband, agent Jim Toth.

Blake Lively walked the red carpet at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival while pregnant with her daughter Inez, her second child with husband Ryan Reynolds. Lively donned an aqua one-shoulder Atelier Versace gown adorned with crystals and a sweeping floor-length train.
