Prince Harry and Meghan Markle seem to have lost their "last friends" within the Royal Family, as Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice were seen "supporting" Prince William at a recent Buckingham Palace garden party. The York sisters, who have been close to Harry for years and even visited him in the US in 2022, appeared to show solidarity with William while his wife, Princess Kate, is undergoing cancer treatment.

On Instagram, Eugenie expressed her joy at supporting her family, posting: "Come rain or shine, I was delighted to support my family yesterday."

According to Women's Day, Eugenie, 34, and Beatrice, 35, have stepped up their Royal engagements since the King's cancer diagnosis. A source revealed that the sisters feel honoured to assist William during this challenging time, saying: "Bea and Eugenie can't imagine what William is going through right now, and it was an honour for them to give him some support."

They are reportedly thrilled to be more involved in Royal duties, with Beatrice being praised for her impeccable conduct.

However, there's talk of Eugenie being on an "unofficial blacklist" after she welcomed Harry and Meghan to her home in Portugal last year, reports the Express.

An insider revealed: "But that was last year and she's worked hard to prove her commitment to the royals. She didn't reach out to Harry when she was in LA in February."

"This confirmed his worst fears that his last line to his family was over."

The source also mentioned that neither Eugenie nor Beatrice had been in touch with Harry this year, noting "everyone's focus is on getting Kate and William through this crisis".

Despite rumours that William isn't keen on King Charles's vision of a "slimmed-down monarchy", the insider suggests he views Eugenie and Beatrice as valuable members of the family.

They commented that it "makes sense" to reintegrate the sisters into Royal duties given the current situation.
