Louise Redknapp and boyfriend couldn't look cosier in new pics
Louise Redknapp and her boyfriend Drew Michael looked super loved-up in new pictures showing the pair arm in arm.
Louise, 49, was spotted laughing with Drew, 40, and holding hands as they waited for Rita Ora to perform at a festival this month. The mum of two sported a gold blouse and baggy blue jeans, with a pair of sunglasses on her head. Meanwhile, Drew cut a casual figure in denim jeans and a navy blue T-shirt.
The pics were snapped as Eternal singer Louise performed at Mighty Hoopla in the afternoon on Sunday, 2 June, putting on an incredible show as her smitten boyfriend supported her. The singer took to the stage in a pair of black hot pants, white shirt and a tie, paired with an oversized blazer and knee high boots.
Louise was initially set to perform with her former bandmates Kéllé Bryan, Easther and Vernie Bennett, but the singers became embroiled in a row as Easther and Vernie refused to play at Mighty Hoopla because of its support for the trans community - leading to Louise and Kéllé walking away from the potential reunion.
Louise reportedly leaned on boyfriend Drew throughout the drama. A source claimed he "stepped up to the mark" for his girlfriend, who was "very thankful" for his support.
A source close to the new couple told OK!: "Louise is really relying on Drew at the moment and she’s very thankful she’s got him by her side. It took a while to find him but she’s finally happy and comfortable to be seen with him, and she really needs his support at the moment."
They added: "She’s relying on new guy Drew, and he really stepped up to the mark for her, which is a good sign."
Louise and Drew - who is a former military officer - made their first public appearance together in September 2023, before going Instagram official in November. It marks Louise's first public relationship since her marriage to footballer Jamie Redknapp, which came to an end in 2017 after 19 years.
It's been claimed that Louise - who shares sons Charley, 19, and Beau, 15, with Jamie - is "madly in love" with Drew, and may even consider walking down the aisle again in the near future.
A source told Closer: “Louise is madly in love and is already talking to pals about settling down again – admitting that while she initially swore-off getting married again, Drew has turned that all on its head.”
