Katie Price makes flirty comment about football star and admits she 'wants to be a WAG'
Katie Price made a flirty comment about Manchester City star Jack Grealish as she gushed that she would love to be a 'WAG' again. Speaking on the latest episode of The Katie Price Show podcast, which she hosts with her sister Sophie, the pair ended up on the topic of football.
Discussing the 2024 Euros, Sophie expressed her disappointment that Jack Grealish had not made England's squad. Katie responded with a playful remark, saying: "Well... we won't be seeing those legs then, will we?" As the sisters giggled like schoolgirls, Katie added, "That's all I'm saying on that."
Katie, who previously dated to Premier League footballer Dwight Yorke, the father of her oldest son Harvey Price, 20, then branded being a footballer's wife 'amazing.' As Sophie quipped: "Do you want to be a WAG at the Euros? I couldn't think of anything worse," Katie responded, "Being a WAG would be amazing, full stop, wouldn't it?"
As Sophie questioned: "Do you think?" Katie replied, "I don't think there's any footballer out there who would want me." The 46 year old former glamour model briefly dated Dwight in 2001, before Katie fell pregnant with her first child Harvey, whose birth, she revealed recently, was a traumatic one. But she and Dwight broke up shortly after she discovered that she was expecting.
Harvey was born with autism, partial blindness and Prader-Willi Syndrome, with Katie claiming that her ex-boyfriend, has seen his son Harvey only a handful of times since he was born. In a chat with podcaster James English, Katie opened up about the moment she found out about Harvey's blindness, just moments after he was born, as well as the relationship between Harvey and his father.
Asked how many times Dwight has seen Harvey, Katie claimed: "I think he's seen Harvey about nine times in his life." Katie added: "I've tried to send him pictures of Harvey on Instagram, Harvey playing the piano, he just ignores everything. He doesn't want to know. But the door is always open, always."
Questioned on why she has continued to attempt to reach out, she explained: "I don't know, because I'm like that. Really I should say f*** off you don't deserve him you've not been part of it because I don't know I just think if he saw Harvey and how amazing he is, for him to be like 'f***** hell I haven't seen my biological son'."
