Throughout history, many prominent people have said in different ways the words 'if you're not part of the solution, then you're part of the problem.' But there's something very cut-and-dried or inflexible about those words. They indicate there's no middle ground on offer. But it's by finding middle ground with a certain person now that a more helpful and far-reaching solution can be applied. Don't focus on who is and isn't 'part of the problem.'
