When is H&M's Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale?
Black Friday falls on the fourth Friday of the month of November, meaning it's on 29 November 2024. This year, H&M kicked off its Black Friday sale early offering up to 20% off everything, and up to 40% off for new and existing members from 25 November with discounts running until 30 December. For Cyber Monday, H&M offered a flash sale with up to 70% off select items starting from 1 December.
What is Black Friday?
Black Friday began as an American holiday, which started out as the post-Thanksgiving sales day. It's been around since the 1930s in the US and took off in the UK around a decade ago.
Given its arrival at the perfect time to buy Christmas gifts, it has since taken over from the January sales as the biggest discount event annually. The shops are usually packed with customers looking for bargains, which is why we like to do most of our shopping online.
