This Morning's Ben Shephard, 50, shows off impressive six pack during cold Christmas Day swim
This Morning ’s Ben Shephard showed off his impressively toned body as he braved a chilly Christmas Day swim in Cornwall. The 50 year old presenter joined hundreds of other daring swimmers for a frosty dip in Port Isaac. As he changed into his navy blue swimming trunks, Ben flaunted his chiselled six-pack and sculpted chest. Despite the icy water, Ben seemed to be in great spirits, giving a double thumbs up before warming up with a celebratory drink.
His fit physique is no surprise, as he recently shared a video of him working out with his son. Ben, who usually keeps his family life private, shares his sons Sam, 19, and Jack, 15, with wife Annie. Ben was joined by his rarely-seen son as he took part in a fitness challenge to mark his 50th birthday - and fans were left saying the same thing.
The presenter, who celebrated his milestone birthday earlier this month, has spent recent weeks documenting his workouts as he aims to be as fit as possible in his 50th year.

For the latest and “toughest” of his challenges, Ben was joined by his 19 year old son Sam as they took on the mammoth task of completing 50 pull ups. Giving fans a peek of their joint endeavour, Ben shared a clip of their workout on Instagram in which he and Sam could be seen supporting each other through the task.
“So, Sam, my eldest, as part of my Fit@50 challenge has challenged me to do what...?,” Ben explained, with Sam chiming in: “50 pullups!” Meanwhile, the Tipping Point presenter added: “50 pullups! So, seeing as I am desperately trying to get there, today we're gonna try to complete the challenge.”
After successfully completing the challenge, Ben expressed his joy in the caption. “We finally did it!! The toughest #fit@50 challenge was set by @samshephardd 50 #pullups. It took a few sets and a lot of grunting, huffing and puffing, but we got there in the end! All in order to make room for @itsbigjohn1 sit down Chinese meal later tonight. Countdown to #BOSHMAS #BOSH #fit@50,” he wrote.
In response to the clip, Ben’s followers flocked to the comments section to show their support and admiration of the pair, with many expressing their amazement at how tal Sam had grown. “He’s so much bigger than you now ben. won’t be long before Leo’s bigger than me,” wrote one. “Absolute unit. and then you. haha. go on sam,” another added.
