12 Easter lunch ideas for if you don't fancy a traditional roast this year

There’s no denying that a traditionally-cooked Easter leg of lamb is delicious; there’s a reason we’ve been eating it on the Sunday for centuries.

But you’re allowed to be a little tired of it too, especially if you’re the one that has to “whip it up” (read: execute a military-style roasting operation) year after year.

Also, what if one of your guests – or several – happen to be vegetarian or vegan? There’s no reason that a meat or animal product free dish can’t be just as hearty, rich and delicious as a meaty one.
