Star Wars actress Daisy Ridley had the perfect date for the BAFTAs last night – her mum.
Daisy walked hand-in-hand down the red carpet with her mother Louise Fawkner-Corbett.
The 29-year-old actress stunned in an elegant, black off-the-shoulder gown with a tulle skirt, while Louise opted for a colourful patterned coat and matching scarf.
But Daisy isn't the first A-lister to invite her mum to a major awards ceremony.
Ariana Grande's mum Joan is her best friend and regularly joins her daughter on tour.

The actor is extremely close to mum Gloria Campano and he moved in with his parents ten years ago before his dad died and Bradley stayed with her during the coronavirus pandemic.
Mum Gloria had previously accompanied him to the Oscars in 2014.
Titanic star Leonardo Dicaprio has proudly brought his mum along to the Oscars several times.
Thankfully mum Irmelin Indenbirken was there when he won the Best Actor gong in 2016 for his role in The Revenant.
Keanu Reeves' mum Patricia Taylor is a costume designer who has worked with the likes of Dolly Parton and Alice Cooper.

Former Coronation Street star Kym Marsh is extremely close to her parents David and Pauline, so much so that the couple are red carpet regulars alongside their famous daughter.
