MAFS Sacha claims Ross dumped her in brutal message - and says he had a new girl weeks later
Walsall-born Sacha Jones became well known during her time on MAFS UK for her fiery interactions with the other newlyweds. But enduring it for the sake of love, she stuck it out until the very end with groom Ross McCarthy - but then stormed off in tears during the final vows. However, in an exclusive chat with OK!, Sacha claims that not only was she later dumped by Ross via text, she was also left devastated when he appeared to have moved on just a few weeks later.
Speaking about what happened after filming ended, Sacha claims she received a message out of the blue from her groom in June saying, “We’re done, I’m ending it. Don’t text me again please, take care', with no further explanation. "That was the end of the relationship,” she says. "Then weeks later, he was posting pictures with his new girlfriend saying, ‘This is the real deal’."
She continues, "That really got Dad’s back up - he felt it was a proper dig at me. As for me, my heart dropped when I saw the pictures. I felt physically sick. I thought, ‘This all makes sense now.’ I felt like such a fool.”

As well making a host of shocking claims about name-calling and financial rows, Sacha also claims she discovered a private Instagram message sent by Ross to another MAFS bride which included the strict instruction "don't tell Sacha".
She claims: "I confronted him, and he blocked her, then he told me he just wanted to meet and catch up, and he didn’t know why he’d said not to tell me. Looking back I think, ‘Sacha, you idiot.’”
Sacha, who says she doesn't think she'd have been able to cope with the series being aired without her Christian faith, has been single since things ended with Ross and plans to stay abstinent until she ties the knot for real.
“I found my new religion after the experiment,” she tells us. “I’m a Christian now. I was always abstinent but now, after what’s happened, I don’t think I’ll have sex until marriage.”
On who her future husband might be, she adds: "“They’d need to be Christian - which I know limits me even further! But I’m hoping I’ll find someone who will treat me right.”
We reached out to Ross McCarthy and he declined to comment. A Channel 4 Spokesperson said, “The welfare of our contributors is of paramount importance and, as such, we take allegations of unacceptable behaviour very seriously and take appropriate action where necessary”.
