I'm A Celeb star sparks rumours they've quit - before the show has even aired
Maura Higgins has sparked rumours she's quit I'm A Celebrity after jetting off to America just days before the ITV show airs. While the former Love Island star, 33, isn't part of the original line-up - with ten brave stars already Down Under - it's been been reported that she will be joining the jungle as a latecomer alongside Reverend Richard Coles.
However, she's left fans confused after revealing she's currently in Las Vegas. Posting a photo of a plane while at the airport, the Irish beauty teased: "Where to next?" as she left a box for her followers to share their guesses. And while many were no doubt hoping it would be Australia, Maura later posted a snap of herself in a swanky hotel in Vegas.
She revealed that she was on a work trip with beauty brand SpaceNK, along with TV presenter Stacey Solomon and a group of friends. Taking to Instagram Stories, Maura looked stunning as she posted a mirror selfie wearing a black mini dress with oversized ruffle sleeves.

Despite creating speculation that she may no longer be taking part in the challenge, there's still plenty of time for her to jet to Brisbane in Oz - which is about a 17-hour flight from Las Vegas - as a late arrival. It's believed that Maura and Richard, 62, are flying out later to keep their participation hush-hush.
It comes after Maura has been spotted out and about before her rumoured appearance, stocking up on the essentials ahead of the trip. Earlier in the week, she even managed to squeeze in some quality time with rumoured love interest Pete Wicks as they enjoyed a date night in London.
Meanwhile, the rest of the I'm A Celebrity cast are now in Australia and have even taken part in their first task ahead of the show starting on Sunday 17 November. The line-up so far includes Coleen Rooney, Tulisa, GK Barry, Danny Jones, Oti Mabuse, Jane Moore, Dean McCullough, Barry McGuigan, Melvin Odom and Alan Halsall.
A source previously revealed how Maura had replaced Tommy Fury's spot in the jungle. They told The Sun: "With Tommy Fury pulling out it gave show bosses the opportunity to look at other Love Island stars and Maura stood out as the perfect candidate.
“She’ll bringing a bit of glamour to the jungle and make a brilliant campmate because she’s got a great sense of humour and is bound to get on with everyone. It’s shaping up to be a strong year for woman on I’m A Celebrity this year.”
