Love Island exes Georgia Harrison and Anton Danyluk have furious row at Baftas amid bitter break-up
It seems that wounds are still fresh for recent exes Anton Danyluk and Georgia Harrison, who were embroiled in a war of words as they ran into one another at the TV BAFTAs in London this weekend.
Not so long ago, the pair were growing close to one another in this year's Love Island: All Stars villa, but split just weeks after returning to the UK. And now, Anton has claimed that while he attempted to put their differences to bed during the BAFTAs this week, Georgia wasn't so keen.
“I saw Georgia and wanted to be civil. I said ‘hi’ and she replied ‘f*ck off," the gym owner told The Sun, adding: "I’ve been nothing but good to her. I don’t understand.” Appearing to have moved on, Anton attended the awards ceremony with a mystery date.
But Georgia appeared to have her ex on the mind, as The Sun reported that Georgia was overheard joking with friends, reportedly saying: “Urgh, men. F*** men. Every boyfriend is worse than the last.”
OK! have contacted Georgia's representatives for comment. Anton arrived to the BAFTAs red carpet with a brunette beauty on his arm, but remained coy on who she was.
Speaking exclusively to OK! on the night, Anton said of his guest: "We're fine, we're good. Obviously it's not been long since splitting with Georgia so just back in the dating scene."
When asked if this was the moment he was going to go official with his new partner, he explained: "No, no. We're not at that stage yet," before saying that they are 'keeping things casual'.
Speaking about life after Love Island, Anton, who looked dapper in a black suit, slipped up as he said "love is good" and joked that he's got love on his mind.
Speaking on his podcast, What's the Crack, which he co hosts alongside his mum, Sherie, the 29 year old explained that he wanted his fans to "hear [about their break up] from the horse's mouth."
"In the press, a source said the distance was the issue, now we were in London every other week so I don't think distance was the issue," he said.
"Obviously that wasn't the case. I just wanted to clear up the whole break up in general," he stated, adding that when they came out of the South African villa earlier in the year, they "tried to give it a fair go." But ultimately, it just didn't work out.
