A shell-shocked wedding guest has shared a list of demands from a so-called bridezilla and the internet is reeling from her bravado.

On Thursday, Redditor Laika_cat posted an email screengrab of a stern mandate from a wedding coordinator outlining a list of “rules and regulations” for guests of the bride and groom.

The email in the post, titled “Kindly refrain from upstaging the bride on her big day — oh, and no admission without a gift of $75 or more,” reads as follows:

  • Please arrive 15-30 minutes early.

  • Please DO NOT wear white, cream, or ivory.

  • Please do not wear anything other than a basic bob or ponytail.

  • Please do not [have] a full face of makeup.

  • Do not record during the ceremony.

  • Do not check in on [Facebook] until instructed.

  • Use #[Redacted] when posting all pictures.

  • DO NOT TALK TO THE BRIDE AT ALL.

  • Everyone will toast with Rémy. No acceptance.

  • Lastly must come with gift $75 or more or you won’t be admitted.

Reddit commenters were appalled, writing, “I’d love for all guests to all show up nαked with ponytails. That would be beautiful,” “I would still RSVP +1 and then bring a gift that was only $73.50,” and “Wait so there will be a part in the ceremony that they’ll instruct to open facebook?”

Interestingly, there quite a few spelling mistakes in the email – including spelling ‘ceremony’ as ‘seramony’ – which seem a little odd and cast doubt its veracity.

Last week, another bridezilla-themed Reddit post was roasted after a bride, upset that her guests wouldn’t pay $2K to $3K for her destination wedding, complained that only the cheaper items on her wedding registry were purchased. “I swear I thought I had better friends….” she wrote.

And bride Sandra Igwe told This Morning television show hosts Monday that her $128,000 wedding (which consisted of five different ceremonies for which her husband had to borrow a loan to cover) included 13 different wedding dresses.

“From a young age, us girls plan the biggest day of our lives and when the time came I wanted to have the perfect wedding,” Igwe told the hosts.

“I thought actually, I want it here but I also want it there and I want it there, so I thought why can’t I have all of it?”

In August, a Canadian bride known only by “Susan” went viral after revealing that she and her groom canceled their $60K wedding because their guests failed to cough up the individual $1,500 fees to attend.

“Dear friends, it comes with great sadness that I am announcing the cancellation of the wedding. I apologize for canceling only four days beforehand,” Susan allegedly wrote on Facebook.

Unfortunately, [fiance] and I have broken up due to some recent and irreparable problems. We have decided to end our relationship and not go forth with any future proceedings.”

“….I specifically, I mean specifically asked for cash gifts. How could we have our wedding that we dreamed of without proper funding?’ she wrote. “We’d sacrificed so much and only asked each guest for around $1,500. We talked to a few people who even promised us more to make our dream come true.”

Only eight guests forked over the extravagant fee, leaving Susan and her former groom to frantically establish a GoFundMe account which only reaped $250. “….I just wanted to be a Kardashian for a day and then live my life like normal,” bemoaned Susan.

Social media cast doubt on the legitimacy of the post, however, a woman who identified herself as Susan’s cousin, confirmed the email was real.

“So yes, first, this is a living, breathing human being…” the woman wrote on Facebook.

“Clearly she has entitlement issues but I have never known her to be this obnoxious.”

Revealing that her family member was envious of Kylie Jenner’s lifestyle, she added, ‘We all think she’s being dramatic. I also have a feeling she may have been drinking while writing this status, it’s especially vulgar and incredibly embarrassing.”
