In news that will make you feel guilty for the amount of Creme Eggs you’ve scoffed in the run-up to Easter, the guide reveals that the go-to treat weighs in at 177 calories. And to burn off the spring delicacy? You’ll need to undertake 15 minutes of burpees.

While one hot cross bun (we could easily scoff a couple in one sitting) boasts 200 calories and requires five minutes on an assault bike to burn off the evidence.

Oh, and for those of you planning a roast lamb dinner it’s going to cost you over 780 calories. And we hate to break it to you but the fitness giant recommends spending an hour on the treadmill to justify the Easter ritual.

But hey, the upcoming holiday is a time for celebration with loved ones and if you can’t enjoy leftover chocolate egg for breakfast at Easter then when can you?

Bring it on.
