Strictly stars fuel romance rumours after restaurant date
Strictly Come Dancing celebrity dancer Jamie Borthwick and pro dancer Jowita Przystal have fuelled romance rumours after the two were spotted on a night out. The pair were seen enjoying a meal in Nottingham with friends on their night off from the Strictly tour.
It comes after the two were spotted out and about in Leeds at the end of January. The two are currently travelling up and down the country as part of the Strictly Come Dancing tour, alongside actress Sarah Hadland, reality star Tasha Ghouri, JLS singer JB Gill, The X Factor winner Shayne Ward and Gladiators star Montell Douglas, who have all returned to continue their dancing journeys after taking part in the 2024 series.
While 30-year-old Jamie Borthwick is partnered up with Michelle Tsiakkas, who he was also paired up with on the series, 30-year-old Jowita is part of the ensemble. After participating in the 2023 Strictly Come Dancing Special with professional dancer Nancy Xu, the Eastenders' actor returned to the dance floor for the 22nd series in 2024.

During her time on the show, Przystal was linked to Pete, as well as fellow professional dancer Vito Coppola, who was paired with Miranda actress Sarah Hadland. It was confirmed that Pete chose not to take part in the dancing tour due to other commitments.
When his former dance partner, Jowita, appeared on his podcast, Staying Relevant, he referred to the dancer's closeness with Jamie. He asked: "If you weren't dancing with me, who would you want to dance with? ... And it doesn't have to be who's left, it could be people who have gone."
He continued: "If you couldn't dance with me, who would you like to dance with? I know the answer to this… 100 per cent, Jamie." In response, Jowita said: "Well probably. I knew him from the Christmas special and we get on very well."
The dancing tour, which started in January this year, will continue through to early February, with dates in Manchester, Nottingham and London, with the tour coming to an end of February 9 at the O2 Arena.
