BBC Strictly Come Dancing fans 'screaming' over Dianne Buswell news days after final
Strictly Come Dancing fans were over the moon as they celebrated the latest update from Dianne Buswell following her show-stopping win. The professional dancer and her celebrity partner Chris McCausland were crowned the latest champions of the BBC One dance contest on Saturday night (December 14) after a dazzling grand final live show.
They edged out fellow finalists, Miranda actress Sarah Hadland and partner Vito Coppola, Love Island star Tasha Ghouri and dancer Aljaz Skorjanec, and JLS star JB Gill and partner Lauren Oakley to claim the coveted Glitterball trophy, having captured the nation's hearts throughout the three-month series. After Tess Daly announced them as this year's winners of Strictly's 20th-anniversary series, Chris described the victory as "astonishing".
Overcome with emotion, he tearfully hugged Dianne, with both appearing stunned by the news. Since their win, both have spoken out, while Chris has had to inform fans that their dancing journey together has come to an abrupt end, as he won't be able to join the Strictly Come Dancing Live tour next year due to his own stand-up tour, Yonks!

He'll be parting ways with Dianne sooner than expected as their Strictly Come Dancing journey ends, while other contestants dance on into the New Year, reports the Manchester Evening News.
Sharing on X, previously known as Twitter, he expressed his regret: "I'm afraid I will not be able to do the Strictly tour. My own tour was meant to be on the road in September and a lot of dates were moved to Jan and Feb to accommodate doing #Strictly. It's unfortunate as it's been so much fun, but my own dates can't be moved for a second time."
However, there's good news for fans as Dianne is still set to dazzle on the tour, joining a stellar lineup including Karen Hauer, Neil Jones, Nikita Kuzmin, Jowita Przystal, Robbie Kmetoni, and Jake Leigh. Fans are ecstatic that Dianne will be touring, with @flickersuggs exclaiming: "THE LIVE TOUR LINEUP IM SCREAMINGGGG IM SO GLAD DIANNE IS DOING IT! ! ! ! ! " @strictlysvito celebrates: "DIANNE LAUREN KAREN VITO AMY NIKITA LIVE TOUR YES YES YES YES YES."
Another fan named @hayleykpt_ commented: "dianne on live tour with no partner ? ? dancing in most of the dances ? ? 2020 vibes, STUNNING #Strictly." While another fan named @strictlylmx had even started a petition: "Petition for miss strictly winner dianne buswell to be front and centre of the group dances on tour."
