BBC Radio 2 DJ Scott Mills and his new husband Sam Vaughan have been seen for the first time since their lavish nuptials in Spain.

The pair, who met in 2016 and started dating a year later, tied the knot on Saturday, 1 June, at Xalet Del Nin in Sitges, with a star-studded guest list that included radio stars Zoe Ball, Rylan Clark, and Jordan North, as well as Calvin Harris and his wife Vick Hope.

On the big day, the grooms donned matching black tuxedos as they declared their love for one another, however, a day later, it was a much more casual affair.

The lovebirds were spotted taking a walk along a promenade of where they were staying, before dining at a local pizzeria with family.

Both were the picture of happiness as they smiled and chatted as they walked along, following their big day.

During the festivities, Scott's close friend and former co-host Chris Stark performed Master of Ceremony duties and watched on as the newlyweds posed for photos in front of a rainbow-coloured canons.

To celebrate with all our close friends and family in Spain was so special. We are looking forward to spending the rest of our lives together."

The couple also had a pre-wedding bash on Friday night in Barcelona, taking advantage of the stunning seafront views and a special performance from singer Callum Scott. Sam and Scott also hired celebrity stylist Stevie B Shindler to help with their wedding wardrobes.

Speaking exclusively to OK! prior to the big day, Scott said: "Planning is going really well, it's really near now," he said at the time. "It's a summer wedding. I think we're worked out all the logistics of everything and what's going to happen on the day."

He also revealed that he had left writing his speech to the last minute, which left him feeling nervous.
