A cowboy hat, a tartan fascinator, a ball point pen and a jar of Vegemite: just some of the weird and wonderful presents the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have been given on their tours around the world.

Prince Charles has just published the full list of the gifts that have been received by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge since their wedding - and it's 14 pages long.

On their tours of Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the US, Kate and Wills have been given gifts ranging from the sublime to the frankly tacky.

The Governor of California gave the couple an iPad, while the coroner of Santa Barbara presented them with four coasters.

The minister of health in Canada gave a pair of mosquito traps, while the mayor of Gannawarra, Australia, proffered a wooden trinket box.

The website also lists the gifts given to Prince Charles and Camilla on their tours last year.

Charles was lucky enough to be given a trilby hat, while the couple also received some nice cured ham, a copy of the Qur'an and a glass bon bon jar.

Next stop for the royals? Definitely a car boot sale...
