David Beckham pleads with daughter Harper to 'stay with Daddy' as she returns to school
After spending the majority of the summer in Miami, it is time for Harper Beckham to head back to school, and the family are feeling emotional about it, particularly dad, David Beckham.
In a sweet clip shared to Instagram by wife Victoria, the family are seen preparing for the big return to the school gates.
The clip reveals Harper, dressed in her school uniform, and cutting a pear while her mum quizzes her about whether she has any first day nerves.

"Harper, how are you feeling about the first day of school?" she asked her, to which Harper replied: "Nervous, but very excited."
The designer added: "How is it putting on your school uniform after having over a month in shorts and T-shirts. How does it feel?"
"Not the best," the 10-year-old honestly answered.
Dad David seemed equally as unimpressed about his daughter's return to lessons as he was seen hugging Harper from behind, and telling her: "Please don't go! Stay with daddy! Stay with me."

Alongside the short clip, Victoria wrote: “Back to school for Harper Seven!
“Not sure who is feeling it the most.
“It’s been an amazing summer! I love you @davidbeckham x”
Social media users could certainly relate to David's feelings about his daughter going back to school after the holidays with many commenting how sweet the daddy-daughter moment was.
“So sweet. Good luck Harper,” one user wrote.
"This is beautiful," another added.
"Adorable," another simply wrote.

Victoria shared further evidence that her husband wasn't thrilled about Harper going back to the classroom on her Instagram stories.
There, the mother-of-four posted a touching image, showing David giving Harper a big hug.
"Is she leaving for school or leaving home? You'll be ok @davidbeckham," she jokingly wrote across it, followed by several crying laughter emojis.

Earlier this week, Victoria Beckham caused quite the Insta-stir after sharing a snapshot of her husband's bare bottom on Instagram.
The picture, which the designer posted early on Sunday (September 5), revealed sunbathing while leaning on the edge of a swimming pool.
But the obvious talking point was that his swim trunks were pulled down to reveal his bare bot.
Victoria captioned the post: "Happy Sunday, you’re welcome!,'" adding that she had been the photographer behind the cheeky pic.
Unsurprisingly it didn't take long for fans to whip themselves up into a frenzy over the picture, which got over a million likes in just a few hours.
"On behalf of everyone everywhere...Thank you," one social media user wrote, while another added: "Sharing is caring Victoria!"
Meanwhile writer Dawn O'Porter clocked up thousands of likes on her comment which read: "This is the most incredible act of generosity I’ve ever witnessed."
