I've been living in these super comfy £25 trousers, and now I want every colour
Honestly, they're a bargain and I've been recommending them to all my friends.
I'm a regular shopper at Uniqlo, owning many of its built-in bra tops, the viral cross body bag, thermal knitwear, socks, you name it. But my most recent purchase, the brand's new Washable Knit Ribbed Trousers, is by far my best yet. A couple of months ago, I bought a black pair, and they are so soft, cosy, and, most of all, comfortable, that I've been wearing them pretty much non-stop. I've now set my sights on a second pair (the only issue is choosing which one of the six colours to buy next).

Wide Leg Trousers
Like most of Uniqlo's pieces, they’re very reasonably priced, costing £24.90, which is a lot less than most other high street stores. They're also super high quality, wash well without bobbling, and can be worn with almost everything in my wardrobe.
They're incredibly versatile, ideal for keeping me warm while I'm working from home, but they can also be dressed up with a blazer to wear to the office, and would also be great for travelling, as they feel like you're wearing pyjamas.

💸 Reasons to buy: They're comfortable, warm and look smart (plus are a bargain)
✋ Reasons to avoid: I honestly can't fault them, I now want to a pair in every colour
I've been wearing these cosy knitted trousers weekly and they're the most comfortable and versatile item in my winter wardrobe.
💸 Reasons to buy
These Knit Ribbed Trousers are as soft and comfortable as they look, with a flattering straight-leg design, a thick waistband with an adjustable tie waist so you can alter the tightness. The ribbed material is also incredibly soft and cosy, so it feels like you're wearing joggers or pyjamas. Plus, they have pockets, which, let’s face it, is always a bonus.
I like to wear them with a long black roll-neck jumper when I go into the office, which hides the waistline, so they just look like a smart pair of black trousers. At home, I throw them on with a jumper while I'm working at my desk, and they're now my go-to item of loungewear.
They also have the perfect amount of stretch, so you're comfortable at all times. They are also amazing quality, and I've found that with regular washing, they haven't gone all bobbley, shrunk, or lost their shape in the wash.
Worth every penny, they come in six colours: black, grey, cream, brown, green and blue. I’m a size 12 and bought a medium, which fits perfectly. If I want a bit more stretch, I just tie the waistband knot a little looser.
✋ Reasons to avoid
If I'm being completely honest, there's nothing I don't like about these trousers - they exceeded my expectations in every way, from their design to value for money.
They're everything I want from a wardrobe basic, and they've already had plenty of wear. Plus, for just £25, they really are a very budget-friendly price tag, which is why I've been recommending them to absolutely everyone.
