Beginning this year and through the next decade, Thomas predicts a "greater emphasis" will be placed on your career. "Expect a turning point at the start of spring," he adds.
"You could also experience more weight and responsibility falling upon your shoulders from the end of spring through the end of summer," he continues. "You could feel like you’re taking on more in order to rise higher—and if you’re in the right track, you may see big victories falling into place."
