Traitors US TV schedule and when episodes are available on BBC iPlayer
While fans may be disappointed that the latest series of BBC's The Traitors is coming to an end, they don't need to be too disappointed.
That is because the American version of the reality game show is being released earlier than you may think. No sooner will the latest winner be crowned of the UK iteration of the series, will the broadcaster allow the first episodes of the US competition become available for streaming.
It will also be aired on television for those who wish to follow along in a similar fashion to the series hosted by Claudia Winkleman. While it is filmed in the same Scottish castle, there are some differences for The Traitors US.

That is that the presenter for the series is actor Alan Cumming who relishes his role among the contestants. It is made by the same production company, Studio Lambert, and will feature some of the same missions as the UK version. The prize money total is up to $250,000.
Another difference however is that it is not everyday people who take part in the show to be deemed either a Faithful or a Traitor. The line-up is made up of reality stars and public figures.
In series three of the US version, the cast includes: retired WWE Superstar Nikki Garcia, Selling Sunset Star Chrishell Stause, Lord Ivar Mountbatten and Bob the Drag Queen to name a few.
The first five episodes of The Traitors US will be available to stream on BBC iPlayer at some point today (January 24). It wouldn't be a great surprise that it will land as soon as the final of UK's series three airs. Those instalments will also be shown on BBC Three, including the premiere of the sixth episode. It is important to note that the series hasn't actually finishing airing in its native US yet. As a result the full schedule is yet to be confirmed. They are currently being aired in the States on each Thursday evening. Episode six is first being shown in America on January 30, a day before it will appear on screens in the UK.
So it seems that fans over here will have to wait until the following Friday from episode seven onwards. That would mean it is expected to be on TV from February 7 and expected to land on the iPlayer at around the same date.
