TOWIE's Amber Turner 'snubs show's wrap party' amid 'bitter feud' with co-star
Amber Turner has reportedly given the cold shoulder to the TOWIE wrap party, amid a brewing feud with fellow cast member Ella Rae Wise. The ITVBe reality series, which has been gracing our screens since 2010, wrapped up its 33rd season with its usual flair for drama, both on and off camera.
Rumours are swirling that Amber, 30, has dramatically walked away from The Only Way Is Essex following a feud with 23 year old Ella. At the heart of their dispute is said to be Amber's former flame, Dan Edgar, 33, who seems to be getting cosy with Ella.
In a bold move, Amber is believed to have jetted off to Dubai. The country has recently hit by severe floods, impacting other reality TV personalities and her departure is seen as a defiant snub to the show and her co-stars. She's also said to have quit the series.
A source told The Sun: "Amber wanted to make it known she'd quit the show early this series to head off to Dubai so snubbed the finale party. Everyone else was there and it was a really special event, but Amber left everyone to it. It was a relief for some of the cast who couldn't be bothered facing any more drama."
TOWIE and Amber's reps have been approached by OK! for a comment.
Amber and Dan's six-year romance came to an end in May 2023, with TOWIE viewers witnessing Dan's blossoming closeness to Ella throughout the show's 33rd season. Amber has found it tough to watch her former flame get cosy with another lady on set.
The pair have also had a tiff over their cherished goldendoodle, Oliver, a cute cross between a golden retriever and a poodle. Amber initially got sole custody of Oliver post-split, but relented when a heartbroken Dan expressed his sorrow at losing the pup.
Now, while Amber suns herself in Dubai, Dan is taking care of Oliver.
Meanwhile, reality TV favourites including TOWIE's own Joey Essex and James Argent were caught up in the extreme weather chaos that hit Dubai this week. The city was deluged by a staggering 256mm of rain in just one day, nearly triple its average annual rainfall, leading to severe flooding.
Joey, aged 33, and Arg, aged 36, shared their ordeal online as they tried to navigate the floodwaters, posting videos and images of their attempts to find transport amid the deluge. Joey shared in a video: "After hours of looking for a taxi we have decided to take the next step... operation survival."
