TOWIE star unrecognisable years after feud with Lauren Goodger
Former TOWIE star Nicola Goodger turned 40 last year, and looks unrecognisable from when she was last in the show, way back in series 4. The Goodger sisters – Nicola and Lauren Goodger – both found fame on the ITVBe show, with Lauren appearing on it from 2010-2012. She then made a brief return in 2015 and 2016, before once again returning earlier this year.
Nicola, however, has stayed out of the spotlight since leaving the show in series 4. In the show, the half sisters had a close bond which was a key part of the show as she helped Lauren through her split from ex-fiancé and former co-star Mark Wright.
In a turn of events, the duo became estranged for a short period in 2020/2021 before the birth of Lauren’s daughter Larose. Lauren revealed to OK! that being in the public eye had taken a toll on her relationship with Nicola – who is mum to Charlie, and Ellie – and their wider family.

“I don’t talk to any of them and they don’t talk to me,” she explained. “They’re good people, I’m not going to slag them off. I just can’t have that in my life. I feel very hurt, upset and used at times. It’s a shame since coming into the public eye how much my relationships have changed with my family. It’s upsetting but I have to look after me.”
However, the rift had well and truly been healed after becoming a mum to daughter Larose. Becoming a mum helped the star heal that rift – with Nicola, 38, posting a heartwarming message to Lauren on her 35th birthday in September 2021.
The favour was returned when Nicola turned 40 earlier this year and her sister shared a cute throwback photo. Since leaving TOWIE, Nicola began her own fashion line, Nicola G, selling bags, T-shirts and jewellery.
Although she’s stepped away from the limelight, in a joint interview with her sisters Lauren and Rianna with Closer Magazine, the trio revealed they’d be up for starring in a Kardashian type reality show with each other.
On the topic, Lauren said: “You’d get to see a different side, the real us – doing what we want to do with no schedules.”
Adding, Nicola said: “TOWIE’s a lot more staged, they set up scenarios. With Keeping Up With The Kardashians, you see everything. It would be nice to let people know we’re normal. We have hangovers.”
