Year after year, we vote for who we think the most beautiful woman is in the world. But since we all have our own unique qualities, is it ever possible for the world’s most attractive woman to exist?
According to one facial cosmetic surgeon, yes. Using the requests of 1,000 female patients planning surgery over ten years, Dr Julian De Silva from the Centre for Advanced Facial Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery in Hammersmith, West London digitally created what this face would look like.
It features the Duchess of Cambridge’s ‘mathematically perfect’ nose, Keira Knightley’s eyes and Angelina Jolie’s cheeks, for example.

Other facial features include Jennifer Lopez’s eyebrows, Penelope Cruz’s lips and Reese Witherspoon’s skin, and face-structure wise Miley Cyrus’s forehead, Selena Gomez’s chin and Cher’s jawline.
After the Duchess’ nose, the second-most favourite request among patients was Keira Knightley’s eyelids.
A notable favourite was Reese Witherspoon’s skin. Considering women typically undergo plastic surgery to look as youthful as possible, the 37-year-old Legally Blonde star’s popularity proves that women aren’t just focused on re-living their 20s looks.
