The Duchess appeared with her entire family at the 2017 Trooping of the Colour ceremony. Celebrating the Queen’s 91st birthday, Kate chose a summery pink dress by Alexander McQueen. The long-sleeved design had been customised from a sleeveless version and featured ruched detailing at the waist. Requiring a matching hat for any formal occasion, she chose a sculptural style by Jane Taylor.
