Tell us: are you celebrating the holidays with people who aren’t your family?
Holidays are often thought of as a time for family – a time to gather with relatives; to share in food, conversation and laughter; and try not to bring up politics or decades-old resentments.
But what about people with whom we don’t share DNA? How do you celebrate the holidays with friends, community and non-biological family? Do you do an annual Friendsgiving? A neighborhood holiday party? We want to hear about it!
