The Sweet Symbolism You May Have Missed From Travis Kelce's Performance With Taylor Swift At Wembley
It was the cameo that left Swifties across the world speechless. Performing her third date of the Eras tour at London's Wembley Stadium, Taylor Swift proved that her ability to please her fans knows no bounds.
On June 23, Swift brought her NFL player boyfriend, Travis Kelce, on stage for her performance of 'I Can Do It With a Broken Heart' during The Tortured Poets Department set.
Swifties have been quick to point out that the performance of 'I Can Do It With A Broken Heart' comes after the singer performs 'The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived,' a song largely believed to be about her ex, Matty Healy. 'There is something extremely poetic about Travis Kelce carrying Taylor Swift away after her heart was shattered,' one fan wrote of Kelce's performance during the vaudeville act as part of the TTPD transition.
Kelce's Eras debut came after Swift hard-launched him on Instagram on June 22, with a selfie featuring the famous all-Americana couple and Prince William, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, after the royals attended her Saturday concert.
Among the other high-profile fans who have attended Swift's Eras tour at Wembley Stadium so far are Bridgerton's Nicola Coughlan, Tom Cruise, Sir Paul McCartney, Sophie Turner, and Phoebe Waller-Bridge among many others.
Next up on the Eras tour, Swift will be performing in Dublin before gracing mainland Europe with her presence where she'll perform to five-figure audiences in Amsterdam, Zürich, Milan and Hamburg. Due to demand, the star also added five additional dates at Wembley Stadium to her tour in August.
