See Kate Middleton at Commonwealth Day Services Through the Years
Every year, the British royal family gathers at Westminster Abbey for Commonwealth Day, and Kate Middleton has joined numerous times since marrying Prince William.
Her first appearance at Commonwealth Day came in 2015, when she was pregnant with Princess Charlotte, and she's only missed a few years since. Notably, she didn't attend last year in 2024 amid rising global concern over her health, a day after an image of her for UK Mother's Day was released by the Palace—though the photo was since recalled by numerous photo agencies over concern it was digitally altered. Later, it was revealed Kate had been diagnosed with cancer.
In celebration of Commonwealth Day this year, T&C decided to look back at her best fashion moments at the service over the years.

2015
For her first-ever appearance at the Commonwealth Day service, Kate was pregnant with Princess Charlotte. She chose a blush pink Alexander McQueen coat—one that she had previously worn while pregnant with Prince George at Trooping the Colour in 2013. She accessorized with Kiki McDonough cushion drop earrings and a Jane Taylor Millinery hat, and carried a Prada clutch.
