When it comes to city folk, Pinterest reveals they prefer to keep with concrete jungles. London dwellers have New York in their bucket list plans, according to the image sharing app. It turns out Loiners are seeking an exotic escape in Thailand’s palaces and resorts.

Wales has one of the world’s best beaches and panoramic mountain views, so when it comes to Cardiffians, they prefer to keep both feet on the ground, researching their own home for travel inspiration.
According to the Office for National Statistics, the most recent statistic from 2015 showed that Brits made 65.7 million visits abroad. Which means these Pinterest travel dreams are most likely becoming a reality.
As for the UK, it’s still a travel destination for those overseas with the region accepting more than 36.1 million visits.
When it comes to train travel, new research from digital travel platform Trainline revealed that Southend-on-Sea, Margate, Birmingham and Manchester are getting the most love this summer.
