Before 2020, the bells marked the birthdays of 12 royals: Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Philip, now-King Charles, Princess Anne, Prince Andrew, Prince Edward, now-Queen Camilla, Prince William, Princess Kate Middleton, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
The bell schedule has changed since, but this year the bells are set to chime on several royal birthdays, as well as on the first anniversary of Queen Elizabeth’s death.
