Princess of Wales brings glamour to the Rugby World Cup
The Princess of Wales brought some glamour to the Rugby World Cup on Saturday (9 September), rewearing one of her favourite Alexander McQueen suits to the Stade de Marseille in France.
The royal is patron of the Rugby Football Union, and she seemed delighted that England beat Argentina 27-10, congratulating the players in their dressing room after the game.
Kate accessorised her chic white blazer and tailored wide-leg trousers with white pointed shoes, a cream clutch, Mappin & Webb diamond earrings and a matching diamond necklace.
Kate has reworn the outfit – which she first debuted at Princess Charlotte's christening in 2015 – multiple times, including to the summer polo and for her royal tour of Jamaica in March 2022.
More recently, last spring she wore the blazer to promote her Business Taskforce for Early Childhood in London, teaming it with black cigarette trousers, Gianvito Rossi pumps and Asprey hoop earrings.
Kate was also seen last Friday (8 September), when she attended a service in memory of the late Queen Elizabeth II with the Prince of Wales.
For that more sombre occasion in Pembrokeshire, Wales, she wore a burgundy trench coat dress, matching hat, and the diamond and pearl earrings that the Queen wore to her Silver Jubilee.
