Peter Andre shares intimate pic of wife Emily minutes before baby daughter's birth
Peter Andre has shared a sweet photo of wife Emily, just moments before she gave birth to the couple's newborn daughter. Sharing the snap on Instagram, Peter is seen cradling Emily's bump and planting a sweet kiss on her cheek.
Despite being about to give birth, Emily is pictured looking rather calm and collected as she is seen smiling as she sports a hospital gown and sliders. Standing alongside his wife, Peter donned some hospital scrubs as they prepared to welcome their newborn baby.
He captioned it: "Moments before... Emily… always smiling. [black heart emoji]"
Fans were quick to comment on post, with one writing: "Bionic lady so calm still looking so good b4 birth." While another quipped: "Wow I most definitely was not smiling in labour with either of mine!! Congratulations again to you both."
And a third added: "My gosh she is a beautiful looking woman isn’t she seems to have a lovely calm nature too."
It comes after the 'Mysterious Girl' singer, 51, shared the joyous news of his fifth child's birth last week. Alongside photos of himself and Emily cuddling their baby girl after her birth, proud dad Peter said: "Just minutes old……We feel so overwhelmed right now. So happy to welcome our beautiful girl to the family.
"Mum and daughter are doing amazing. Born Tuesday 2nd April 2024, 7lb 3oz and thankfully very healthy. Baby has been spoilt with cuddles from Junior, Princess, Amelia and Theo who are all in love with their new little sister.
"As parents, we couldn’t be happier. Only thing is…. She has no name yet. Help!" He then went on to thank the medical staff at the Musgrove Park Hospital.
Peter and Emily are yet to decide on a name for the adorable newborn. Prior to the baby's birth, Peter wrote about the naming process in his new! column.
He wrote: "I was reading about a few baby names that are apparently on the brink of "extinction", and it looks like the most endangered in 2024 is Keanu for a boy and Flo, a shortened version of Florence, for a girl.
"I really like Keanu. It's crazy to think names could be wiped out. Maybe this will give us some inspiration, but we have no idea what we'll call the baby. Millie didn't get her name for the first six weeks of her life, as we started with Rose before settling on Millie."
Fans have also been suggesting names for the infant in the comments on Peter's Instagram post. One person suggested: "Sophia! She looks like a Sophia! And goes so well with your other children's names."
Another fan offered: "My daughter's name is Nell and I always get so many compliments." A third chimed in with: "Congratulations to you both. I love the name Aria and Willow."
One follower shared their idea, commenting: "Blossom or Daisy." Another responded to the post with: "Eleni, Maria, Olivia, Evelyn." Yet another fan said: "My daughter is called Caitlyn. It's not too popular and we think [it's] pretty."
