Netflix's Owning Manhattan cast detail show’s most ‘dramatic’ characters ahead of season 1

Netflix fans will be happy to hear that Owning Manhattan - perhaps New York’s new equivalent to the ever-popular real estate show Selling Sunset - airs Friday, June 28.

Ahead of the first season, which sees Million Dollar Listing star Ryan Serhant and his agents take on some of the most ambitious real estate opportunities in New York City, the cast have been discussing which of them is the most dramatic on set.

The Serhant group, which takes pride in being one of New York City’s top brokerages, includes talented superstars like ex-musical theatre star Chloe Tucker Caine and experienced realtor Nile Lundgren.

Other cast members include former beauty boss Tricia Lee, content creation expert Savannah Gowarty, real estate industry veteran Jordan March, New York real estate expert Jessica Markowski and new kid on the block Jonathan Normolle.

As one of the most successful real estate brokers in the world, Ryan’s reputation undoubtedly speaks for itself, with several cast members commending on his work ethic and excellent industry knowledge.

However, while Ryan likes to put professionalism first and foremost, sometimes human nature can get the better of some of the agents working at Serhant.

Asked who stirred up the most drama on set in an exclusive interview with Yahoo , fashion model Jonathan claimed: “Drama-wise you can always count on Chloe.”

Chloe agreed with Jonathan, admitting that she was involved in plenty of drama this season.

“I think it’s me,” she revealed. “I cannot be responsible for things I said or did while I was pregnant.”

However, defending her co-star, Jessica bestowed Jonathan with the title of most dramatic cast member.

“I was in a little bit of the drama but I don’t think I’m the most dramatic one,” she said. “I would say Jonathan.”

Elsewhere, cast members gushed about how brilliant Ryan is to work with, as Chloe said: “He’s the best person to work for, ever.

“He’s the type of boss where if you text him, no matter what time of the day or night, he answers everyone in the company. I could not ask for a better boss and mentor.”

Jordan agreed: “Ryan Serhant is the hardest-working man in real estate. He [is] somebody who lives by the clock and keeps his promises. [He] just really thinks outside the box.”

Owning Manhattan airs on Netflix this Friday, June 28.
