This Morning star Ashley James has come under fire from some fans after she casually mentioned using her "Dyson heater" during the recent cold snap. The model and presenter revealed that she had resorted to winter pyjamas for her children and switched on her high-end heater as temperatures took a nosedive this week.

The UK has been hit by an unseasonably chilly start to summer, thanks to Arctic air sweeping in. It's a stark contrast to last year when the country basked in the hottest June ever recorded. Ashley's offhand comment about her Dyson heater didn't go unnoticed by viewers, who took to social media to vent their frustration.

One disgruntled viewer posted on X: "Don't mind me, darling, I was just cranking up my Dyson heater! #ThisMorning." Another chimed in with: "Why did she have to say "Dyson heater" not just heater #Thismorning", reports the Express.

A third added: "Got to be dyson," while another remarked: "she had to mention her heater was a dyson one didn't she."

Another disappointed fan added: " We really should not be giving this character airtime. Eating raw chicken is absolutely ridiculous and ill advised. I'm wondering what he's aiming for with all the carry on #thismorning."

The sentiments were echoed by a third viewer, who said: "Irresponsible showing this mad American eating raw chicken. Dr Zoe has explained why it's not safe, so why on earth have him on in the first place? ! #thismorning."
