Michelle Yeoh's best looks, as Everything Everywhere tops Oscar nominations
Diving into the multiverse for the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s (MCU) Everything Everywhere All At Once may have introduced Michelle Yeoh to a new generation of fans, but in reality, the 60-year-old actor has been hitting it out of the park throughout her 20-year career, both on and off-screen.
Those of us old enough will remember her early career triumphs in martial arts films before hitting it big in the 1997 James Bond movie, Tomorrow Never Dies and 2000’s Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, both in which Yeoh did her own stunts.
A turn in Crazy Rich Asians might’ve see the Malaysian-born actor don designer after designer in the 2018 hit, but Yeoh has honed her own style niche off-screen.
Working with stylist Jordan Johnson Chung, who also works with the likes of Sandra Oh, Jennifer Garner and Katherine Hahn, Yeoh can be found reaching for glamorous glittering gowns for award shows, and upping the ante with fashion-forward looks at photocalls and events (see: her BAFTA Tea Party lilac shorts suit).
