Michelle Keegan breaks silence after announcing her pregnancy with Mark Wright
Michelle Keegan has broken her silence since announcing she and Mark Wright are pregnant with their first child. The pair revealed the happy news on Sunday (29 December) with a romantic beach snap where Michelle showed off her baby bump. Captioning the picture, Michelle wrote: "2025 is going to be a special one for us…" Since then Michelle has kept quiet in her socials, that is until today.
Sadly, Michelle hasn’t given fans any more insight into her pregnancy, but she did post about her day out and about in London on her Instagram stories including a snap outside Fortnum & Mason, inside a bakery, some cheese which she detailed as being her ‘fave’, and a cappuccino.
TV star Mark, has also followed up after the news with a video that began with the words: "We have been on quite a journey...". But if any of his followers were hoping for an update on the pregnancy and his year with Michelle, they might have been disappointed, with the former Towie star popping up doing exercises alongside his footballer brother Josh in a promo for their Live Wright fitness product.

While Mark didn’t mention anything about the baby, his fans did in the comments. One follower wrote: "Much more importantly you are going to be a Daddy. Congratulations to you and Michelle." Another joked, referring to Mark's ripped torso: "Dad bod incoming." A third said: "Congratulations on the bubba, so exciting! And love this about Live Wright."
The couple haven’t revealed any details surrounding the due date, but the pictures from their maternity shoot seem to be from their holiday in Mallorca last month. The couple are big fans of the Spanish island and even have a holiday home there.
If 37 year old Michelle is past the three-month mark in her pregnancy, their baby might just make an appearance before they celebrate a decade of marriage. The pair will mark their tenth wedding anniversary in late May, having said 'I do' on 24 May 2015 in a star-studded ceremony . Their nuptials took place at St Mary's Church in Bury St Edmonds, followed by a lavish reception in a marquee at Hengrave Hall in Suffolk.
Michelle dazzled in a bespoke Galia Lahav dress with a deep neckline and fishtail silhouette, while Mark cut a dashing figure in a classic black suit. The former TOWIE heartthrob and the Brassic star first crossed paths in 2012 when they were on holiday in Dubai.
