Love Island's Georgia Harrison takes subtle swipe at ex Anton weeks after split

Love Island's Georgia Harrison appears to have made another dig at ex Anton Danyluk with an Instagram post claiming she'll settle for nothing less than marrying her best friend.

Georgia and Anton, both 29, finished fifth in Love Island: All Stars in February, but were reported to have split earlier this month just a couple of months after leaving the South African-set dating show.

Although a source claimed to The Sun at the time that the former couple had split amicably and planned on staying friends, their behaviour on social media since then has told a different story with the pair seeming to take a number of swipes at each other.

Now, Georgia has appeared to swipe at Anton yet again as she posted a video to Instagram of a couple singing together at a concert, having fun in a swimming pool and dancing together with the caption: "Proof you should marry your best friend."

Georgia wrote alongside the post: "If it ain't this I don't want it," followed by laughing emojis.

Reality TV star Georgia had addressed questions about the split on TikTok in a video that poked fun at the rumours as she showed herself on a tennis court at her recent wellbeing retreat in Portugal where she ran away through the hotel being chased by the question "are you still together?".

While Georgia has been boosting her health in Portugal, Anton has also jetted off after the break-up, taking mum Sherie-Ann on a trip to Florence in Italy.

He also seemed to make his own dig at Georgia as he posted snaps of himself posing by the Leaning Tower of Pisa with the caption: "When things appear to be falling over, step back and see the beauty in it."

Anton had been caught liking social media messages slating his ex, too, and a day after news of their split broke he shared the quote: "If someone truly loves you, distance is not a problem. It's just the power of making love grow each day."

The apparent reason behind the break-up was that Georgia, who lives in Essex, and Anton, who lives in Scotland, had been unable to spend much time together.

However, Anton had previously hinted in his podcast that his mum was no fan of Georgia during an interview with Charlotte Crosby. Anton told the Geordie Shore star of his mum: "She likes no girls... She's like 'son get me grand babies."

Charlotte asked: "But she must like Georgia?" as there was an awkward silence from Sherie-Ann, also on the podcast, before she said: "I never said nothing Charlotte."
