A Love Island star, who had her heart broken post-show in 2023, is rumoured to be joining the All Stars series. The All Stars series is set to return next month, offering former Love Island stars another shot at finding their perfect match. Catherine Agbaje, who made it to day 38 in 2023, is among those being considered for the spin-off. During her time on the show, Catherine was paired with Zachariah Noble, Scott van der Sluis and Elom Ahlijah-Wilson.

Despite leaving the villa with Elom, Catherine was left devastated when things didn't work out with Scott. An insider told The Sun: "Catherine is top of the bosses lists and she's in talks. She was hugely popular when she went on the show the first time around - and obviously was heartbroken when things didn't turn out the way everyone wanted with Scott. So she's single and ready to find love on the show again."

Fans have been hopeful for a reunion between Scott and Catherine, but it seems they are now just good friends. Catherine shocked Scott - and viewers - when she returned from Casa Amor with Elom. They were dumped from the villa shortly afterwards and their romance quickly fizzled out.

Speaking to New magazine at the time, Catherine said: "Me and Elom, we get along. But we were already going through the bombshell comments and dealing with that. So our relationship already had holes in it, but early on we decided that we were going to be friends."

Among the names being whispered is Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, the 30 year old winner of Love Island's eighth series in 2022, though she and her winning partner Davide Sanclimenti have since parted ways.

Speculation also surrounds Paige Thorne and Olivia Hawkins, both of whom appeared on recent series, with rumours hinting that Nas Majeed from the 2020 series could join the spin-off. Additionally, Tyrique Hyde and Scott Thomas, from the 2023 and 2016 editions of Love Island respectively, are tipped to be potential cast members.

TV presenter Maya Jama is reportedly planning to make South Africa her "home-away-from-home", leaving the UK behind. The 30 year old star will be hosting the second series of ITV2's Love Island: All Stars and ahead of the launch on January 13, it's rumoured that she'll be setting up base in Cape Town instead of commuting from the UK. It's been suggested that she's fully committed to her role on Love Island, a position she took over from Laura Whitmore last year.

Maya - who split from British rapper and singer-songwriter Stormzy in July - is reportedly planning to spend the entire four weeks of All Stars in South Africa for its new series. A source told The Sun: "Maya puts everything she has into Love Island - it's so important to her so she's moving out to South Africa again this year. She'll be there the whole four weeks All Stars is on and can't wait. The place she's staying is really luxe!"

This move means she won't have to spend a month flying back and forth for the ITV show. When approached by OK!, Maya's reps declined to comment.

Maya, who hasn't yet headed out to South Africa for the new series, announced back in May that the show would return for a second series next year. This news came just three months after the first series of All Stars ended.
