Two new bombshells, Trey Norman and Jessy Potts, will enter the Love Island villa tonight and it already looks like Jessy’s game plan is set to cause heartache for at least two other loved-up couples.

Jessy, a 25 year old from Leicester, describes herself as “a bit different to the other girls in there, I’m the girl next door but with a bit of an edge.” More worrying for some of the contestants who have already coupled up, she also warns: “I have a fiery side and am not afraid to say what I think or stand my ground.I’m not very good at taking no for an answer.”

That could mean trouble for some of the girls in the villa, as Jessy admits she has three men on her radar – Joey, Ayo and Ronnie.

“I like Ayo, he’s gorgeous and seems really chatty,” she says. “I also think Ronnie has a fun personality and seems like a good flirt and could make me laugh. Joey is also very good looking, I like a pretty boy with dimples, he intrigues me. I don’t care about who he is but I’m intrigued to see what he is actually like.”

Of course, Joey, Ayo and Ronnie are all spoken for at the moment. Joey had reignited his previous romance with Grace, but has just been platonically paired with Jess White after newcomer Konnor Ewudzi chose Grace during Monday 24 June’s recoupling. Meanwhile, Ronnie is currently recoupled with Harriett, and Ayo is with Mimii.

While Jessy may have a plan that could split one of those couples up, she does say that her main goal is to find love in the villa. “Love Island is a great opportunity and experience and I’m hoping to meet someone as I’m very single,” she says.

“It now feels like the perfect time and there are so many successful relationships formed on Love Island, so I’m hoping I’m lucky enough to find someone. Love Island genuinely works, you can list a lot of couples who’ve gone on to get married and have children.”

“I’m hoping I thrive in the villa as I love a holiday romance or a work fling, so it should be fun,” she adds, although if she sets her sights on one of her favourite men, Harriett, Mimii and Grace may not find Jessy’s time in the villa quite as fun as she does.
