Minogue performed her hit song “Padam Padam.” The song is the lead single from Minogue’s 16th studio album “Tension,” and has topped the charts in many countries, making the Billboard Mainstream Top 40 in America.
Andra Day performed a cover of “Come Together” in a red midi dress paired with a black bodysuit and red leather gloves.
J Balvin performed a collection of his greatest hits in a custom orange oversize Vetements jumpsuit seemingly inspired by hazmat suits and crossing guard uniforms.
The fashion industry has taken a particular interest in this year’s F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix. Fashion brands and designers including Puma, Tumi, Psycho Bunny, Pacsun and Boss, among many others, are taking part in the Las Vegas Grand Prix with a host of events, pop-ups and meet-and-greets with F1 racers.
Boss has partnered with the Aston Martin Formula 1 team to host activations, including VIP viewings of the qualifying sessions and finale race, in-store displays of F1 gear and dressing its ambassador, racer Fernando Alonso, for several events throughout the weekend.
Tumi, the official luggage partner for the McLaren F1 team, is hosting a meet-and-greet with its ambassador, racer Lando Norris, at its store at the Forum Shops.
The Formula 1 opening ceremony isn’t the only chance to catch Minogue in Las Vegas. The singer has a Las Vegas residency at the Venetian that kicked off on Nov. 3 and runs through May 4. Alexandre Vauthier custom-designed three looks for the residency.
