Kim Kardashian's super-snatched waist at the Met Gala has sparked a wave of concern among her followers and onlookers.

This year's Met Gala theme was 'Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion', and Kim certainly took the theme to heart. The mum-of-four stunned in a shimmering Maison Margiela by John Galliano gown corset dress that dramatically accentuated her waist, making it appear tinier and more defined than ever.
Kim's choice of attire featured a corset design adorned with leafy embellishments in line with the theme, complemented by a metallic skirt and delicate lace train. She completed her ensemble with a grey cardigan and her freshly dyed platinum blonde hair styled in relaxed waves.
