Josie Gibson heads on romantic solo trip - and admits her 'heart has been captured'

Josie Gibson has revealed her "heart has been captured" by the city of Venice, in Italy. The This Morning star has recently enjoyed a solo trip to the romantic city and posted about "special place".

Posing for a picture in a gondola , Josie captioned the picture: "Venice, you beautiful city. What a very special place to see, I just wish I had more time for thee. "The architecture, art, culture, food, fashion, and elegance have captured my heart. I shall be back."

Josie used the hashtag #ThisMorning and called Venice a #bucketlist destination. She also tagged the This Morning official Instagram account, suggesting that she might have been in the romantic city to film a segment for the breakfast show.

Another added: "Such a beautiful city. I was there two weeks ago with my boyfriend celebrating my big birthday. He surprised me and proposed (of course I said yes) and now it holds a even bigger special place in our hearts."

While a third commented: "I think Venice enjoyed you as much Josie. You certainly brightened everybody's day. So much fun and laughter. Never change."

The post comes after Josie broke her silence on Stephen Mulhern "romance" rumours, exclusively with OK!.

I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here was pictured holding hands with Stephen, outside ITV's London television studio in April this year.

When we asked her about the photo she told us: "Stephen? Oh, he’s so lovely. We are really good friends, I really adore him, but there’s no romance in the air.

"But he’s so nice. Every bloke that I come in contact with, the press seems to think that I’m having it off with them. People must think I’m a right goer. I’m not like that."

The single mum of one explained that it would take more than just holding hands for her to form an intimate connection. She added: "To be with somebody or to even kiss somebody, I’ve really got to love them. I’ve really got to really be into them. I can’t give my energy over when I’m not completely into it. You know when you get that magic connection?

"For me it only comes around like once every seven years or eight years. I love the love because those are very, very special [moments] when you find them."
