Jennifer Aniston’s seemingly eternal good looks may be down to great genes, but a handful of beauty products have helped her along the way.

However, the 50-year-old Hollywood actress doesn’t have a bathroom cupboard packed with luxury products. In fact, she swears by one surprisingly affordable buy.

The former Friends star revealed that she has been using the same moisturiser since she was 15 - a £4.84 lotion by Aveeno.

She credits the budget skincare product as being down to her flawless complexion.

In an interview with InStyle, Aniston said: “I think it’s because my mom told me to start moisturising when I turned 15, I’ve been using Aveeno since I was a teenager.”

Aniston must be a huge fan of the brand: She’s been partnering with Aveeno since 2012.

Aveeno’s Moisturising Lotion is a popular item among beauty lovers with many praising the product for its natural ingredients and non-greasy formula.

One customer on the John Lewis website, wrote: “My go to moisturiser. Use this all the time. Natural ingredients, smells lovely, non greasy. No nasty perfume smell. Use on face, hands and body.”

And another wrote: “I like to cook and prepare food and as a result am always washing my hands and they get tight and dry which I relieve with this great cream. Rich enough to feel like it's doing some good but lightweight and not greasy or pungent smelling. I love the fact that it's natural ingredients and in a handy pump which doesn't clog up. Perfect for me.”

It’s not the only product Aniston swears by. The actress told Shape in 2017 that she uses Aveeno’s Positively Radiant Hydrating Facial has an overnight treatment as part of her Sunday night skincare routine.

“Sunday is my spa day. I usually do a little mini facial time where I give myself a good scrub, use a mask and then the new Aveeno Positively Radiant Hydrating Facial. I leave it on overnight and when I take up I have that dewy, glowing, twinkling skin.”

The actress turned 50 in February and said, despite growing older, she feels “physically incredible”.

“I don’t feel any different. Things aren’t shutting down in any way. I feel physically incredible. So it’s weird that it’s all of a sudden telegraphed in a way that’s like, ‘You look amazing for your age.’ I think we need to establish some etiquette around that dialogue and verbiage.”

“My toner is the Pixi Glow Tonic. Cult Beauty’s blog raved about it and Caroline Hirons' raved about it, so I was like, ‘I’ve got to try it!’ Now I’m hooked! I just love the feeling that it leaves on my skin. It exfoliates as well, so I feel like it’s really doing its job.” Jourdan told IntoTheGloss.
