Jasmine Tookes expecting first child
Jasmine Tookes is going to be a mum.
Taking to Instagram on Monday, the former Victoria's Secret Angel announced that she and husband Juan David Borrero are expecting their first child.
"Baby Borrero. The last 6 months have gone by so fast & we can't wait to meet this precious little angel," she captioned a snap showing her cradling her baby bump while posing in a white dress. "Feeling so grateful to start a family with you @juandavidborrero."
And in an interview for Vogue, Jasmine explained that she waited quite a long time to share the happy news because she battled exhaustion throughout the first trimester.
"I was so tired to the point I couldn't even read emails coming through - I'd fall asleep sitting at my computer. I almost fell asleep driving my car," the 31-year-old recalled. "The tiredness was something I had never experienced."
Now that Jasmine has more energy, she is striving to maintain a balanced lifestyle.
"I'm a firm believer that whatever I feel - and any stress that I'm carrying - can very easily transfer to the baby," she added.
Jasmine and Snapchat executive Juan David married in September 2021.
