Oti Mabuse has achieved a lot throughout the career so far, having risen to fame on BBC's Strictly Come Dancing after appearing on the German equivalent of the hit dance show. The professional dancer won the coveted Glitterball trophy twice, before becoming a captain on The Greatest Dancer and a judge on The Masked Dancer.

Oti, 34, who is now a judge on Dancing on Ice, put her dance skills and knowledge to use during lockdown too, as she set out to teach adults and kids to dance from her own home. Having teamed up with her husband Marius Lepure, who is also a professional dancer, the pair realised there was a gap in the market for at-home dance classes, having become inspired by people learning to dance on TikTok.

"I was actually at home and I was learning all these TikToks. And I was like, 'Oh my goodness, why am I learning other people's choreography? When I could actually just teach?' I'm going to teach a dance class - and I'm going to see what the response is," Oti previously told Grazia.

Unsurprisingly, the response to her dance classes was great. She revealed dozens of people sent her videos of themselves trying out the routines at home, with many admitting they'd never had the opportunity to learn to dance prior to her videos.

One dance class even nearly reduced Oti to tears. She paused her class to clap for the NHS during lockdown, before returning back to teaching, leaving her "really emtional". She added: "I came back when I stopped the class and you know when you have like a lump in your throat. And I felt like I was going to cry, it's just incredible what they do."

Oti is now taking on a challenge away from dancing. The TV star is one of the celebrities who have headed into the Australian jungle to take part in this year's I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! She's joined the likes of Coleen Rooney, Danny Jones, GK Barry, Jane Moore and Barry McGuigan on the ITV show, which kicked off on Sunday, 17 November.

Oti has ruled out taking part in one I'm A Celeb tradition, however. The dancer has insisted we won't be seeing her in her bikini, despite the tradition of many campmates showering under the waterfall in camp in their swimwear.

Speaking to The Sun's TV Mag, Oti firmly stated: "Listen, I'm not wearing a bikini! You're going to see me like I'm going scuba diving." She continued: "You're getting scuba Oti! You're not going to be seeing anything. All you're going to see are my ears!"

Dismissing any comparisons to Myleene Klass' memorable 2006 bikini moment, Oti added: "You're not going to see me in a white bikini. I'm not a Bond girl! That's not why I'm there."
