'ITV I'm A Celebrity need to swap one main thing or they risk losing viewers'
Winter has arrived, and it's not the snow that signals its onset.
Instead, it's the much-anticipated return of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!
The popular show, hosted by Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly, draws families to their televisions each night to watch the drama and disputes unfold as the campmates grow increasingly hungry.
A week into the series, there have been surprisingly few arguments, despite the tension surrounding the trials. Danny and Barry tackled the first trial, while subsequent challenges were undertaken by GK Barry and Dean, both of whom confessed to having numerous fears. GK Barry even became an internet sensation for her reaction to brushing against a leaf in the jungle!

For years, I've wished the show would start a bit earlier - 9pm every night makes for a late bedtime. However, this series, I've noticed an even more pressing issue that needs addressing!
As is customary, Ant and Dec open the voting lines for the public to vote on who will face the next trial.
Long-time viewers will recall how some of the least liked campmates - including politicians Nigel Farage and Matt Hancock - ended up participating in many trials, thereby gaining significant airtime. While viewers may have wanted to see them struggle, they inadvertently gave them more screen time.
Perhaps it's time to consider a new voting system that truly 'punishes' those who viewers vote for, or the bosses could implement a new system that excludes recent campmates who have participated in Bushtucker trials from the next trial, ensuring everyone gets a fair go.
Fan favourites, including Tulisa Contostavlos, Coleen Rooney and Danny Jones, are all being overlooked for the major trials in favour of those we enjoy watching scream and shout the famous 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here' catchphrase.
So, ITV bosses, it's time to make a change - and keep the show running for many more years!
*I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here airs daily at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
