I'm A Celeb star leaves co-hosts red-faced as they joke about sex tape scandal
Joel Dommett left his I'm A Celebrity: Unpacked co-hosts, Sam Thompson and Kemi Rodgers, in stiches on Wednesday evening as he referenced his infamous leaked sex tape scandal on the I'm A Celeb spin-off show.
As he conducted an interview with former campmate Fatima Whitbread, which was via skype, Joel jested about the video platform as he said: "Joining us on Skype in 2005, which I know a little bit about".
Back in 2016, Joel opened up about his own Skype scandal, which saw him have being tricked into having video sex on the platform with someone who catfished him online. Naked pictures of the presenter were then leaked to a social media account named 'CelebbustedUK', before hitting the press.

After realising that the person he skyped was a catfish, Joel admitted: "So it turns out I wasn't having Skype sex at all, instead someone was basically watching me watching porn. Like a perverted Goggle Box."
In a separate statement, he said: "It’s a genuinely horrific thing for another human being to do, to take advantage of what is private of someone's life and make it public for everyone to see."
Now, Joel has been married to model Hannah Cooper since 2019.
Joel has joined co-hosts Sam and Kemi in Australia for I'm the first series of the new I'm A Celebrity spin-off show, which features all the inside gossip and entertainment about the camp mates.. I’m A Celebrity returned on Sunday 17 November for its 2024 series and already had fans in hysterics over podcaster GK Barry’s dramatic reaction to trials, Tulisa replicating her iconic X Factor Female Boss stance and Ant and Dec Wagatha Christie jokes.
The previous sister show was dropped four years ago and speaking on GMB last month, Joel said: “I feel like it’s the right time to bring it back. There’s a thirst for it.” He presents presenting I’m A Celebrity Unpacked alongside current King of the Jungle Sam Thompson and DJ Kemi Rodgers. Sam added: "I am not joking, it is the best show on TV. Being a part of it, then being on the other side, is a dream come true." The show includes interviews with campmates who have been voted out, as well as chats with hosts Ant and Dec.
During Wednesday's episode of the ITV show, it was finally confirmed Love Islander Maura Higgins and BBC Radio's Reverend Richard Coles were entering the jungle as late arrivals as they touched down Down Under.
