A 64-year-old woman is only interested in men that can keep up with her.

And for that reason, Cindy Gallop refuses to have intimate relationships with anyone who is her own age. The founder of the IfWeRanTheWorld and MakeLoveNotPorn movements said she started dating toy boys "by accident".

But she soon realised she had a better connection with younger men. She said: "I used to run an advertising agency in New York, and we were asked to pitch for an online dating brand. I was single, and I thought, okay, I have to do this for business reasons; why not do it for real?"

Cindy vowed to be "completely honest about everything" when dating, which includes revealing her real age. Being more mature doesn't put guys off. On the contrary, 75% of people that respond to Cindy's profile are younger than her.

Cindy confessed the prime reason she goes for toy boys is "for sex". Cheekily, she wants men with "lots of stamina and very short recovery periods". This is trickier for blokes who are older.

In an episode of Paul Brunson's podcast, We Need To Talk, Cindy also claimed she was "every young guy's fantasy," saying that when she was approached on dating websites, it was usually "much younger men" who were pursuing her.

Speaking about why she believed she was so popular among younger men, she shared: "I was an attractive older woman with a high-flying career, didn't want to settle down, did not want to get married, did not want to have kids. All I wanted to do was have some fun [...] and I've been dating younger men very happily ever since".

A clip of the podcast has been posted to TikTok, where people have praised Cindy for breaking the taboo about age gaps. Others also came forward to share their own experiences.

A commenter said: "51 here and my guy is 25, love it". Another said: "She is how I aspire to be!!! Go ahead, girl!!" And a third remarked: "Once I reach 50, I aspire to date men 10 years younger. No luck yet, but there you go."
